Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Gilmore Beef and Cattle, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality custom meat products and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our offerings. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  •  Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is spoiled, improperly packaged, or otherwise defective upon delivery.  

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, cut, or quantity that does not match your order confirmation.  

  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.  

 

Conditions for Refunds To be eligible for a refund:  

 

  • The product must remain unopened (unless the issue relates to spoilage or damage upon opening).  

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.  

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.  

 

Refund Process  

 

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at gilmorebeefandcattle@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.  

Step 2: Provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with supporting photographs.  

Step 3: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue:  

  • A refund to your original payment method, or  

  • A replacement shipment of the correct or satisfactory product. 

 

Exceptions

• We do not offer refunds for changes in customer preference after the order has been processed or shipped.  

• Refunds are not issued for products that were mishandled after delivery (e.g., improper storage or preparation).  

• Custom orders that adhere to customer specifications but do not meet subjective expectations are not eligible for refunds.  

 

 

Delivery and Shipping Issues

 

  • If an issue arises due to shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
